Parabuild Licensing

The Parabuild End User License Agreement (PDF) is our standard commercial licensing agreement. All Viewtier software you download is fully functional for two build configurations when used without a license. A Viewtier license enables Parabuild Server to support more users and an unlimited number of build configurations and also entitles you to Viewtier Technical Support.

Evaluating Parabuild

A 30-day evaluation license in included into Parabuild download. If you would like to evaluate Parabuild for more than 30 days, simply e-mail or call us. You will have full access to our Technical Support staff throughout your 30-day evaluation period.

Commercial Pricing

New customers are required to purchase a license with support for their first 12 months.

Notes:

Your first purchase includes a one-year price lock.
The per-user price is based on the cumulative number of users purchased (not just the number of users in any one order) provided that a single End User License Agreement under one customer billing address governs all purchases.
Parabuild's per-user licensing limits the number of distinct users for whom Parabuild runs builds. There is no license manager to administer.
Subsequent purchases will have the support/maintenance portion prorated to match the first purchase anniversary, ensuring that all users are coterminous for support renewal on the same license.
Support can be priced separately at a flat rate of $20,000 per year for up to five designated technical contacts, rather than per-user.
These prices are firm and require that you execute our standard End User License Agreement.
Viewtier can accept euros (the currency of the European Monetary Union) in payment for products or services.

Viewtier Technical Support Offerings

New customers are required to purchase a license with technical support for their first 12 months.

Standard Support

This plan includes software upgrades, license maintenance, and unlimited access to Viewtier technical support for an annual fee of $150 per user.

Educational Licensing and Pricing

Bona fide educational institutions may be eligible to receive a Parabuild license for use by students for classroom or research purposes. The number of users is not limited, but each designated technical contact will be charged $4,000 per year.

The license will be issued for a one-year term, and can be renewed thereafter via the same means.

Free Licensing for Open Source Development

Viewtier provides free Parabuild licenses for open source projects. Please contact us for more information.

How to Purchase

Once you have decided to purchase Parabuild please email sales@viewtier.com.
We do require an executed Parabuild license agreement.
Once you've completed the EULA, fax it to us along with your payment information (see accepted forms of payment below). Upon receipt of your EULA and payment information, you will receive a Parabuild license via email.

Viewtier accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, check, money order, or a purchase order from an established company with credit history.
